Elite Bowl II was the championship game for Season II of the Elite Football League. The match took place on December 29, 2018 at Leo Stadium. It was a rematch of the previous game Elite Bowl I, between the Canton Bulldogs and the Washington State Panthers. The Panthers (as the current defending champions) were seeking to become the first team to win back-to-back championships, while the Bulldogs were looking to score vengeance after the previous Elite Bowl by winning their first championship in franchise history. Both teams were the number three seeds heading into the playoffs; both teams defeated top-ranked squads to get to the Elite Bowl stage. However, the Panthers (led by franchise owner MarkezTheBoy, who took over for Deep_Patel from the previous season) once again proved to be the superior team, defeating the Bulldogs (led by franchise owner br_vo) for the second year in a row by a score of 40-17.

This was the first time in Elite Bowl history that the same two teams faced off against each other for the second consecutive time. The Panthers became the first franchise to win back-to-back championships, while the Bulldogs became the first franchise to lose both times they made it to the Elite Bowl. This also marked the second season in a row where the Elite Bowl loser forfeited the remainder of the game after only the first half, ultimately handing Washington State the win.

JxlioShifts, the starting quarterback for the Panthers, threw five touchdowns and zero interceptions in the winning effort. For his accomplishment, he was awarded with the Elite Bowl Most Valuable Player Award.
