MoseyReborn (joined May 30, 2014; formerly known as 147_SupremeMosey) was the first chief operating officer of the Elite Football League (EFL), a member of the EFL Development Team and the first and former head coach of the Cameron City Cougars (now known as the second incarnation of the Canton Bulldogs). Together with fellow developer Vocain, he helped to build most of the team venues and stadiums. He is considered one of the founders of the EFL and one of the main pioneers. He was officially named the franchise owner of the Cougars on June 7, 2018, just before the start of Season I. However, he resigned after two games and was subsequently replaced by 7Bravo, who re-branded the team to the Canton Bulldogs. He continued to operate in the league as a chief operating officer and developer until his retirement from the league.
